My Erasmus+ experience in one word: priceless. I did my internship in the town of Mijas, Spain. The people I met will stay in my memory forever. I made new friends, and the host family I stayed with treated me like one of their own. It was truly wonderful.
I visited Gibraltar, which was nearby, and several cities around Mijas. While my classmates back home were getting used to lectures, rain, and darkness, I enjoyed a prolonged summer on the beach.
I also learned many new things, from cultural differences and language to practical skills related to my internship. I can confidently say this experience made me a better version of myself.
Though short, it made me more confident, open, and courageous. I encourage everyone to take advantage of Erasmus+ opportunities!
