On November 5 and 6, 2025, Virovitica University of Applied Sciences hosted its Career and Open Days—an event that connects education and practice, offering students, high school graduates, and employers the opportunity to meet and exchange experiences.
On the first day of the event, the University welcomed numerous high school graduates who had the chance to learn about the study programmes, meet professors, explore student life at our University, and participate in engaging workshops and guided tours of the facilities.
The second day featured a panel discussion on the topic “Challenges in Human Resource Management”, with six panellists:

The panellists shared their experiences, challenges, and advice related to current trends in human resource management. In addition to the panel, 17 exhibitors from various sectors presented information about internship opportunities, employment prospects, and potential future collaborations to students and visitors.
