From May 8 to 12, 2023, we participated in the International Staff Week 2023 hosted by Sopot University of Applied Sciences in Poland.
The event brought together academic and administrative staff from Germany, Sweden, Moldova, Ukraine, and Croatia. Each of us introduced our institutions, highlighting what makes them unique and how they operate.
We held lively discussions about challenges in higher education and current social and economic issues in business. New connections were made, and valuable experiences were shared.
In addition to the academic programme, there was time to explore Sopot and Gdańsk and enjoy social events. The hosts at Sopot University were incredibly warm and welcoming, and we truly felt at home.
