To mark the Erasmus+ Days in October 2024, a quiz featuring questions related to Erasmus+ and other EU programmes was held at the City Library and Reading Room in Virovitica. The quiz served as an opportunity to promote the possibilities offered by the Erasmus+ programme and to encourage interest in international cooperation and educational opportunities.
Virovitica University of Applied Sciences was represented by two teams: a staff team consisting of Maja Resner, Dragica Kiralj, Zrinka Blažević Bognar, and Martina Jukić, and a student team made up of Lucija Volenik, Ana Blažev, Klara Tomljenović, and Filip Betlemović. The atmosphere during the quiz was relaxed and cheerful, full of fun, laughter, and friendly competition. However, it wasn’t just about entertainment—participants also had the chance to expand their knowledge about the Erasmus+ programme and its many opportunities, including mobility for students and staff, skill development, and collaboration on international projects.
Erasmus+ Days are designed to highlight the many possibilities this EU programme offers in the field of education. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of international experiences, knowledge and cultural exchange, and professional development through participation in Erasmus+ projects.
