Our students took part in workshops organised as part of the Erasmus+ project “SkillBuilder Challenges”, which aims to develop practical life and professional skills among young people. The project brings together several European partners: EESTI VAIMUPUUDEGA INIMESTE TUGILIIT (Estonia) as the coordinator, TIR Consulting Group (Croatia), and Stichting UIF – Universal Interaction Foundation (Netherlands), who are jointly developing innovative educational content for youth.
The workshops were held with the support of Assistant Martina Jukić, and students had the opportunity to engage in three interactive activities:
• Breaking the Procrastination Spiral – how to identify and break patterns of procrastination
• Breaking the Fear Wall – confronting fears that hinder personal growth
• Back to Back – tasks focused on communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
• Breaking the Fear Wall – confronting fears that hinder personal growth

These workshops help students develop skills that contribute to their future personal and professional growth.
